ATSE 2017 New Fellow: Dr Anthony Radford AO FTSE
Dr Radford is a successful entrepreneur in the Australian biotechnology industry taking an Australian invention to the world market through Cellestis, a company he co-founded in 2000. The tuberculosis diagnostic test he pioneered is now the standard of care for the diagnosis of TB infection in humans. He has been recognised for his work with a CSIRO medal, a Clunies Ross Award and La Trobe University Distinguished Alumni Award. He is a director of a Genetic Signatures Ltd, Ellume Pty Ltd and Nucleus Network and is one of the founding Directors of the IMNIS initiative.
